Fleetx alternatives in India (2026): when a focused fleet platform fits better

Fleetx is a full transport ERP as well as a tracking platform. If you need fleet visibility rather than freight billing, published pricing, or coverage outside India, here are the alternatives and how to choose.

Fleetx is one of the strongest fleet platforms in India. When it raised a ₹113 crore Series C in May 2025, it said it served more than 2,000 businesses, including large cement, steel and FMCG groups. If you're searching for alternatives, it's rarely because Fleetx doesn't work. It's usually because it's built for a different kind of operation than yours.

We make one of those alternatives, so read this with that in mind. We've tried to be specific about where Fleetx is the better choice, and every claim about Fleetx below comes from its own public website as of September 2026.

What Fleetx actually is

Fleetx is more than a tracking product. Alongside GPS tracking, video telematics and fuel monitoring, it sells a transport management system and a transporter ERP: dispatch planning, consignment management, FTL and PTL workflows, freight audit and payment, vendor collaboration and accounting. It supplies its own AIS-140 trackers and also connects to OEM and third-party GPS providers.

That breadth is the point. For a large shipper or transporter that wants one system from order to invoice, it removes a lot of integration work.

Why fleets look for an alternative

  • You need fleet visibility, not a transport ERP. If your job is knowing where vehicles are, how drivers behave and where fuel goes, a platform that also runs freight billing and RFQs is more system than you need, and usually more onboarding.
  • You want to know the price before a sales call. Fleetx doesn't publish pricing on its website. You request a demo and get a quote. That's normal for enterprise software, but it makes early comparison hard for a 20-vehicle operator.
  • Your vehicles run outside India. Fleetx is India-first and has written about expanding into Africa and the Middle East. If you already run vehicles in the UAE, Saudi Arabia or East Africa, ask any vendor, including us, which countries have live customer deployments today.
  • Your fleet is two-wheelers in one city. Last-mile delivery has its own tools. More on that below.

The alternatives

ViaLoop Fleet

ViaLoop Fleet is a focused fleet platform: live GPS tracking, geofencing, AI driver scoring, fuel monitoring, maintenance alerts and video telematics, plus an AI assistant you can ask questions about your fleet in plain language. What's different:

  • Published prices. In India, plans run from ₹280 (Basic) to ₹600 (Premium, with video telematics) per vehicle per month including GST, billed only for the days each vehicle is active. See current plans.
  • Keep your hardware. We ingest data from existing AIS-140 certified devices, so switching doesn't mean reinstalling every vehicle.
  • Multi-country today. Live deployments in India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa and the USA.
  • A public status page at status.vialoop.in with real incident history.

Where it falls short of Fleetx: we don't do dispatch planning, freight billing, consignments or transporter accounting. If you rely on those, ViaLoop would replace only part of what you use.

LocoNav

One of the largest and most widely marketed fleet platforms in India, with GPS tracking, video telematics, driver behaviour, fuel monitoring and vehicle-lock capability. A sensible pick if you want a big, well-known vendor and don't need deep vertical features.

TrackoBit

Built for on-demand delivery and two-wheeler fleets, with delivery and workforce attendance modules alongside tracking. For a two-wheeler fleet inside one city, it's probably a better fit than Fleetx or us.

Uffizio

A long-established Indian telematics vendor focused on cost-effective, well-supported GPS tracking for SMBs. A good default if you want reliable core tracking without much to configure.

The short version: stay with Fleetx if you use its transport ERP. Look at ViaLoop if you want fleet tracking and driver intelligence at a price you can see up front, or you run vehicles in more than one country. Look at TrackoBit for two-wheeler delivery, and LocoNav or Uffizio for straightforward tracking from a large or long-established vendor.

If you do switch: a checklist

  1. List the Fleetx features you actually use. Check your team's logins and reports, not the contract. If dispatch or billing is on the list, plan for how those will be covered.
  2. Check your notice period and renewal date. Read your agreement before you start a trial elsewhere, so you don't pay for two platforms longer than needed.
  3. Confirm device and SIM ownership. If the trackers and SIMs are yours, a new platform can usually take them over with a reconfiguration. If they're rented, budget for new hardware.
  4. Export your history. Trip history, driver scores and maintenance records are yours. Export them before access ends.
  5. Keep AIS-140 reporting unbroken. For vehicles that must report to a state backend, run both platforms in parallel until the new one is confirmed reporting. Our AIS-140 guide covers what to check.

Frequently asked questions

What are the main alternatives to Fleetx in India?

The Indian fleet platforms that compete most directly with Fleetx are LocoNav, TrackoBit, Uffizio and ViaLoop Fleet. Which one fits depends on whether you need a full transport ERP, focused fleet tracking, a two-wheeler delivery tool, or a multi-country platform.

Does Fleetx publish its pricing?

Not as of September 2026. Fleetx's website has no public price list; pricing is shared after a demo request. ViaLoop Fleet publishes its India prices per vehicle per month, including GST.

Can I keep my existing GPS devices if I switch from Fleetx?

Often, yes. Several platforms, including ViaLoop Fleet, ingest data from third-party AIS-140 certified devices. Confirm support for your exact device model and check who owns the SIMs and device configuration before you plan the switch.

When should a fleet stay with Fleetx?

If you use Fleetx's transport ERP features, such as dispatch planning, consignments, freight billing and accounting, a tracking-focused platform will not replace them. Switching then means adding a separate TMS, which is rarely worth it.
